Belfius – Retail – Independant Team Challenge
in May 2015, the CEO of Belfius Bank challenged a diverse group of 10 young collaborators to think about the Retail of the Future. They were asked to spend a few days together, out of the office, and to come up with innovative ideas.
To prepare them for this challenge, I spent half a day with the group, together with HR Manager Bénédicte Marchal.
- We checked in and checked out around hopes and expectations
- We discussed the challenges of working as an independant team, without a designated leader, using David Sibbet’s Team Performance Model and Lencioni’s dysfunctional/cohesive teams model.
- We started their out of the box thinking process by exploring some cross-industry innovation tools, designed by Ramon Vullings and Mark Heleven
